Meet Our Team

Executive Director

Pastor Zach Guyton has been the executive director of BCC since it was founded in 2009. He has served as the pastor of Bethany Church since 2001. Pastor Zach is a member of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) and he has a Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary (Columbia SC). He and his wife Sherene have one son.

Assistant Director

Madeline McIntosh is a graduate of West Orange High School and Rutgers University. She attended BCC while growing up in West Orange and worked in our after-school programs during her college years. Madeline then worked for several years throughout New Jersey in social work and public health.

She returned to serve as the BCC Assistant Director in 2022. Madeline enjoys volleyball, cooking, and traveling. She is married and has one daughter.

Administrative and Program Assistant

Anayelli Vigo is attending Seton Hall University. She was an honor student at West Orange High School and played instrument in the school bands. Anayelli was a peer tutor for students grades 9-12 and was selected to multiple STEM honor societies. She enjoys her family, traveling and pets.
